  • Donald is a Senior Property & Development Executive with 30+ years’ experience across Australia, New Zealand, and the UK. He brings 18 years of hands-on expertise in the Australian market and 25 years in New Zealand, leading end-to-end delivery of high-profile projects.

    Key Highlights:

    • Founded and scaled Land Equity Group (NZ) into a leading developer, delivering over $500M in projects.

    • Senior Partner at AraCapital Properties (AU), overseeing $100M+ developments.

    • Founder & Managing Director of StottX Capital Investment (AU), advising on diversified portfolios in real estate, hospitality, and startups.

    • Career spans site acquisition, financial modeling, stakeholder negotiation, and team leadership.

    Education: Bachelor of Commerce, University of Otago, NZ.

    Memberships: Property Council of Australia, Australian Property Developers Association (APDA), Australian Property Advisory Association (APAA).

  • Simon is a senior corporate real estate professional with nearly four decades of experience across Australia, New Zealand, and Southeast Asia. Based in Melbourne, he leads the firm’s cross-border advisory initiatives, working with clients expanding between Australia and New Zealand and exploring opportunities across Southeast Asia. His expertise spans retail, office, and mixed-use developments, supported by a long-standing career in strategic tenant representation and development advisory.
